I am living in a house that already has one desktop and two laptop computers. (they belong to the other people living here). They have wireless access. I just bought a new laptop with built in wireless. I am having a hard time figuring out how to connect to the internet. I tried connecting to the available wireless network that the other laptop users are connected to, and it says the signal is excellent. But it says I have limited connectivity. I have no idea where to go from here. I'm sure it's simple... so please let me know what to do, thanks!

You will need to obtain the WEP/WPA key to access most wireless networks, that would be a reason why it might say you have limited connectivity. Ask the owners of the wireless for this key, so that you may enter it when prompted to do so.

If there is no security key, you might be filtered by mac address, which will need to be added to the network.

If thats not the case, your drivers might need to be reinstalled

If you dont have that key, you cant enter the network.. unless you know how to break in to them, which I dont think you do.. because your asking this question on yahoo :)
