Part missing on my 03 saturn ion..need help on where to get a new one?

I just bought an Ion about a month ago and after I brought it home I discovered that the fuse box pannel (not exactly sure if it's the fuse box but I'm guessin it is) by your feet on the drivers side is missing and I was wanting to know if there was somewhere online or somewhere I could go to replace it?

The fuse box is not missing. I am talking about the cover of the fuse box.. There is one on the passenger's side but not the driver's. And yes it is the fuse box..lol.

If the fuse box was missing you would have not been able to drive the car for a month. If you feel that there is a part missing, take the car to a Saturn service department and have them check the car for missing parts.

You sure that's the location of the fuse box? Some cars have them in the glove box or on the side of the dash.
