I thought i heard that salmon is good for you, but in this article http://fat.sylickon.com/foodstoavoid.php it says it is best avoided, which is true??
And if salmon is unhealthy, which other foods contain good omega-3's that i can consume?

I go with healthy. I'm not the expert, but I have eaten Salmon all my life. Never got serious sickness. Maybe a few colds.

Take the supplement, and forget the fish. Too much mercury now days. Their are plenty of other options for getting protein, and essential and non essential amino acids.

it's healthy rich in omega-3s. http://eating.health.com/2008/07/17/go-fish-best-catch-for-heart/

Salmon is one of the healthiest protein packed, omega-3 packed foods out there. That cite is clearly biased, saying its fat....haha

I have always heard that it is healthy. I have heard that a lot of fish contains much mercury though. Maybe that is why. As long as you are eating 4 oz normal healthful portions you are probably fine eating it.

oo Slamon is Very tastey and it is also Healthy. =] I know this, I had two years+ of learning about foods/cooking. Depesnds how its made though.

It's really healthy for you! omega 3 is great for building muscle too lots of protein as well!
