Yahoo IM on a t-mobile phone?

I have a samsung gravity and I'm wondering if it costs extra to IM (yahoo) with it. I have a texting plan so I'm not paying extra for the messages but are there any other charges?

i had the same problem so i asked a perso that works at a tmobile store and if you have a texten plan they dont charge you. but if you go over the amount of messagesyour plan comes with then you get charged 0.20 per text. thats why its better to get the unlimited texting. hope i helped.
