and ive recently put on a fair bit of wait. want to lose 10 kilos.
i just started the celebrity slim diet today. (where u replace 2 meals with shakes)
anyway, once i lose the ten kilos, will the weight stack back on as soon as i go off the diet?
if i exercise will this be enough to maintain my weightloss while eating normally?
