Dead battery in Honda Civic?

I have a 2004 Honda Civic in the garage with a dead battery. In order to jump it I need to push it out of the garage, but I cant get it to go into neutral. I have tried turning the key to every position and closing the door but it still wont go. Can anyone help

It is an automatic....and I know where the "N" is. I tried depressing the brake. There is no room in the garage for two cars.

did you try putting your foot on the prake then shifting it well is it automatic?

Go buy a new battery. check the one you have to see if there is a warranty...you could get it at a discount. Or pull another car into the garage to jump it.
