Do you display any of the following characteristics:

Stubbornness, aggression, frequent temper tantrums, deceitfulness, lying, or stealing?. Impulsiveness: acting before thinking of consequences, jumping from one activity to another, disorganization, tendency to interrupt during conversations?. Hyperactivity: restlessness, often characterized by an inability to sit still, fidgeting, restless sleep?. Inattention: easily distracted, zoning out, not finishing work, difficulty listening?

These are all symptoms of ADHD, usually people grow out of it, but it can last into Adulthood. I have heard that eating healthily (no junk or processed foods, no artificial additives) may help. You would have to go to a professional to be diagnosed properly.

Or you might be reading books that don't interest you enough.

I think I may have some form of ADD (although I've never been diagnosed). I've always had trouble finishing books that I buy. I get about 5 minutes into the book and my mind starts to wonder and go elsewhere. Could this be because I might have ADD? Please someone help!!
