i agree with the person who answered first, but it's likely most of the connections will be locked and password protected, so I'd recommend that if you don't already have one, get your own router. (yes, you definitely need one!) Other than that, it's 100% free! (whoo!) oh, btw, the 1 mile radius is a bit optimistic... I get my wifi, and my 2 neighbors on my list, and that's it.
