My Motorola Razr freezes up when i try to send a text message?

Every other function on the phone works fine, but when i try to type a text message it freezes, then if i actually write one to send it freezes when i hit "ok" to send. Is this a manufacture issue? I keep having to take the battery out because it wont even shut off, its just frozen!

    Mobilephone1 help

hahah i just figured it out myself, you need to go to initial setup then go to Master Clear and select it, the factory set code is 000000.

You WILL lose ALL of your contacts and it will be reset as if it where a new phone, but it works :]

    hope this helps.
