my internet is going slow, is there a way to make it og faster?

I have a 2006 (2400 dell dimension) and have Norton internet security on it. my internet is from a modem cy comcast. But it takes around 10 to 20 seconds for a page to load and bigger websites with a lot of things going on can take evan longer.... any suggestions to what I can do to make my internet to go faster?

Depends- when is it exactly slow? is it while surfing the internet, or when running progrmas? either way, you can make it go faster. If your internet is slow, you should scan your computer for viruses and spyware using suitable programs(for example- avast anti virus or spybot).
