    windows media player not working in the internet?

    I used to use windows xp.As soon as I installed windows vista i could not watch anything from online if that particular site using windows media player. But I can wathch everything using windows media player from my computer not from the internet. If anybody solves me the problem i would appreciate that.Just to know that when i was using windows xp i could watch everything.

    Well, when you swap software you only get the base of everything. We'll call it the starting point. First search for any updates! If none are found there are a couple of sites in which you can download the newer version and check if that works. Not sure on vista but i know they are still working out the bugs in the software. You might also want to check on forums to see if anyone else is having the same problem. If so it might be a internal problem. For a last resort, do a complete system reboot, and reload vista. Not sure if that helps any but it was a shot!
