How do I get rid of the Dell Self Test Feature Check?

It pops on like a screen saver. Every 5 minutes it comes on even when I turned off the screen saver setting. How do I remove this from popping up again?

I could not understand how could Dell design such a self check keeping the monitor on for endless check? If you find problem or not you just show the result, why keep the monitor on for nothing?

To make things worse, my monitor cannot be turned off, because the switch doesn't work.

I goggled the web and found other people had the same problem with dell monitors with switch also broken.
