i posted the two main services i used for an internet connection. Just last week, my internet began to slow down. My laptop's speed is now 1.0mbps from a 54mbps. (both is wireless connected through the router). while my other laptop is disconnecting from the internet every once in a while. I tried to reset the modem and the router, but nothing changed. I deleted all the cookies, and even defragmented the two laptops because I thought that causes the problem but nothing happen. I want to blame the internet provider but it seems I can't because my desktop which is wired connected from the router is working fine with the speed. Does it mean the problem is with the router? I just called their technical support and they helped me to connect it but after a while, it went back to its problems. I'm getting frustrated because it's not like this before. the laptops' systems are working fine.
