on my bit torrent a music file is inactive..why?

i just downloaded torrent so im a new user, trying to download a song been waiting for ages until i realised its on the inactive list?? how can i activate it to download??

i have forced start it etc but its still in the inactive section, it says downloading but its inacitiv

are u using uTorrent??
If there aren't any seeds (people uploading) then there is no way for u to get it. You either have to wait untill it is seeded or find a different download.

Well you have to save the file first then if you've done that maybe you or someone else deleted the file

Right click on it and hit start or force start

no one that has a copy is online then, you will have to wait for someone to come online, if they ever do. i've been waiting for one of mine to start for 4 months, and i'm on pretty much 18 hours of the day.
