Mind is boggling with past/present/future?

Lately I've been having trouble dealing with the multitude of feelings and memories concerned with the past, and what to do and focus on now in the present because I know the future will be so different to everything before and some things will matter and some things won't.
My head is just going crazy over it, I can't find peace of mind.
Has anyone felt this way before?

Hmm...I think I know what you mean. Like, sometimes I'm afraid to do things a second time because I am afraid that they will be different from the first time. For instance, when I went to Europe last year, I fell absolutely in love with everything about it. When I had the opportunity to go back, I passed it by because I was afraid that it would not be as amazing as the first time I went. Is that the kind of thing you mean??

Everyone at one time or another has felt that way, it is call growing up. It can happen at any age, mostly when you find that you are not the center of the universe.
The first time I began to wonder about life was it 1963 when a cousin who I was close died in a car wreck.
You learn to live the present and build for the future but let the past stay in the past. Everyone has done things that they wish they had not but you don't let it control the present or the future will be bleak.
