    My Workout routine is it good?

    Ok i weigh in at a whopping 190 pounds...I walk on the treadmill everyday for 20-25 minutes I also do weights i do bench press everyday but different variations so i do decline one day and incline the next beides that i do three sets of ten of weight lifting on different muscle groups my diet is well so so i still eat out a bit and eat healthy when i can my goal is just to be a beast but toned as well im just wondering if im doing the right thing i been doin it for a while and the results are well not up to my specifacations

    well how tall first off and second maybe increase your work out to a hour a day
