I have a gym membership, but with an almost 5 month old (childcare there doesn't start til 6 months, and even then i'm unsure of it...) needless to say, i don't make it often. So...I'm looking into purchasing the workout dvd's by strollerfit. Either the mommy muscle or the restore the core. Has anyone used them, if so what are your likes and dislikes? Or has anyone used any other workouts that are "mommy and me" type.
