we just got a laptop. everytime that we pull up the internet it says it can't

display the internet. but our? internet thing says that we are connected to the internet and we have great connectivity. we have been working for DAYS on trying to get the internet to work. we have tried to go to different websites. HOW DO WE FIX IT?!

You need to add some info., what type of Internet connection do you want to set up? DSL, cable, satellite, wireless using a router/modem?
In the search bar at top inter the question like how do I connect to Internet wireless and you will find many answers.

To connect wireless from a router right click the computer icon in the task tray, click on view available wireless networks, click on the one you have set up, click connect, enter your password if it is password protected.
For a land line/phone connection open net work connections and at left top of window click set up new connection and enter the information you have to get from your Internet Service Provider.
