Internet Connection Help?

You might try turning of your router. I mean unplug the power cord, not just the switch. There is probably a small hole on the back.... press that with a pen and hold it for a few minutes.

After that is done hook all up again and wait for lights on the router. It will probably work after that.

If you just want to go to it call your internet provider and let them work you through it.

Try running the installation disc that came with your router.

If not, be sure that all of the drivers on your pc are up to date.

If you dont have the installation disc from the router, i recommend downloading it on the pc that does have internet connection and put it on a flash drive or burn it to a cd.
