Am I undereating? Is the food I am eating healthy?

For breakfast I had a small glass of Chocolate Silk (soy milk) and 1 piece of whole wheat toast with black current jelly.

Lunch. Small low fat yogurt. 15 or so grapes. 4 bits of cantaloupe (about 1 inch around) 4 crackers.

Snack- 1/3 cup of whole grain cheerio mix.

Dinner- don't know het
 
yes the most unheathy things to eat are salt, meat, and toxic waist!

plz dont thumbs down me because these are facts not made up... google it! but you can eat almost anything expet meat and stay skinny!

and yeah... eat more than that like a nice pop and some chips!
 
I think that it's fine. That's about as much as I eat...sometimes less...most people over eat. Most people are gluttons.
