Virgin Broadband users, is your internet slow ?

i live in shropshire is anyone elses internet slow because it is peeing me off x

well....mine is usually a bit hot and cold. ive just used speedtest.net and got a record 19590kb/s!!! ive got the 20mb service but dont usually reach this speed.
you can go onto the virgin media site and into customer zone and check for faults in your area. ive rang them before cuz i had no internet and they said there were no faults, but a mate went on their site and it said there was a fault in my postcode, so im not sure what that means!
restart the modem, then go to speedtest (its the one virgin media actually say they trust) and see what you get and then ring them.
