    I need a workout routine that will help me burn alot of calories and fat. ?

    Okay, I have a boyfriend and he is 6'0 and 270 pounds. I am 5'9 and 145. He REALLY wants to lose some (ALOT!) of pounds and we need to find a workout routine/plan that will help him burn fat and calories. Do any of you have any suggestions? I would really love it! Serious responses only! PLEASE!!!

    Weight-lifting only gets energy from one source (glycogen).

    Cardio gets energy from two sources (glycogen / fat).
