URGENT!!!!!! Will My iTunes Library Be Erased? HELP PLEASE!! URGENT!!?

I want to restore my iPod Nano settings. A box popped up telling me what would happen. It said all my data and other media would be erased. Does this mean in my Library and iPod...or just my iPod?
