Transfer iPhone contacts to another phone?

Hey there - I am selling my Iphone 2G (v2.1 firmware) and want to be able to access all my contacts on my new phone (it will either be a Nokia 5310 or a LG KM380).

What is the best way to get all the contacts from my iPhone onto my new phone without losing any information? How do I go about copying contacts to SIM?

I'm outside of the US and its a jailbroken phone so no AT&T or whatever support.
