don't you think that verizon should let people ugrade there phones to a different new cooler kind is there's isn't working?
i have an alias and i am 14 and i hate it! it is super defective and horrible, and i want a dare and i'm on my 3rd alias but they won't let me.
also, i've only had my cotract (family plan) for like 4 months.
shouldn't they let people upgrade their phones?
