Is the LG Rumor/ Scoop a good phone? Which is better?

First of all, I know they are two different phones. The reason I say both is because I like the look of them. But I am wondering which one is better. This is my first cell phone but I know how plans and things like that work. I really just want personal opinions from people who have ACTUALLY HAD one or both of these phones. Please not if you've just seen one before, thanks. And anyone can tell me which they like better Thanks!
