can my parents check internet history?

i have a laptop, my own. and i also share a normal computer with my dad and im mostly on it myself. so i was wondering if my parents can check my internet history on my laptop from the computer?

im not looking at porn, i just think its a invasion of privacy

No they can't. If they go on your laptop and go on history they can.
Otherrwise they cannot.

The history can only be checked on that computer, they can't check you laptop history from their desktop.

you can delete your history. on a mac, go to history at the top of the computer, then go to clear history.
