I I have heard many good arguements. One is that as soon as you wake up you exercise. The logic behind that is that your carbs are low since you have not eaten in 8 hours, so you go straight to burning fat storages, since your body has nothing else to use as energy. But I also heard a good arguement about working out in the afternoon, or later. The logic behind this being when you workout in the morning and burn fat, but eat throughout the day you put it back on. While in the afternoon/later hours you burn off your energy and stimulate your metabolism when it usually slows down. Any ideas?
