I sleep at four in the morning one day.
Get up at noon..
Take a nap at four.
Drink an energy booster.
Sleep at three ish again.

BLAH.
I'm 13. And I'm going to get all gross looking with nasty bags under my eyes. And like. get all fat and nasty. And no one is going to like me.

What can i do to go to sleep earlier?
Or get in the habit?
