comcast on-demand problem.?

Hi, i got a 32in. Vizio tv for christmas and i dont have a cable box its just a cable going to the back so im getting analog/digital channels only. and i have a channel # 85-6 and under the channel # it has RF85-6. all that i can see is the on-demand video at the menu but no menu..any way to get the menu??
 
i would try calling comcast customer support they will always help and fix it, if they cant help you by phone they will send someone to your house to fix it
