    How can levels of nutrition and literacy affect quality of life?

    I am stuck on this question. Please help.

    This sounds like a research question. For the nutrition part, look up Maslow's hierarchy of needs. It is one of the very bottom needs that has to be satisfied before a person can move up the chain towards "self-actualization" aka "happiness". As for literacy, I would look at education rates. Such as the statistics indicating that people who do not finish high school are significantly less well off and less happy than those who do finish high school. You can extend that argument that it is hard to graduate if you are not literate. Also it would be very frustrating to live in a world where most things are written down and not be able to know what they say. How could you do your finances? Important documents? Even use the computer?
