Well i wory alot about stupid thing like i have a coldsore and i heard you can go blind from touching the sore then touching your eyes so now i wash my hands like 20times a day and im afraid like what if im sleeping and my hand rubs across my face when im sleeping then i scrath my cheek or for head then the coldsore virus moves toward my eye then i go blind like i just wonder i that could happen (i would never scrath any were by my eyes) i worry about stuff like this all the time is it normal.

You are just worried about little things. Try to calm down and think about positive things and if you are concerned about anything then speak to your doctor so you feel peace within yourself because you are a nervous person.
