what do i do internet explorer keeps popping up my homepage?

every second another internet explorer homepage will pop up please help
i have vista premium and when i log on my internet explorer home page will just keep popping up i have tried "X"ing them out but more just come

i cant do anything either because when i try to do something another I.E. page pops up

Im not exactly sure what you mean by that; If you mean that when you turn your computer on, internet explorer pops up, just go to your control panel (for windows), and select default programs. You should be able select starting programs for when you boot up you're computer. If you mean something else, just set any other browser as your default web browser. Hope i helped.
