My PCis brand new, had it about 3weeks and the touchpad scroll stopped working. I figured out to go to synaptics pointing device. From there did a hardware update and was able to get it going again. Well that did not last to long. Tried restarting computer, redoing steps in synaptics, nothing. Same result. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
