Internet Explorer doesn't prompt me to save zip files anymore?

Well before like a month ago, i used to click on any link that had .zip at the end and it would prompt me to save, now whenever i click anything like that, it goes directly to the folder without prompting and when i look on the adress bar, the folder that opened is located on the temporary internet files, can anyone tell me how to fix this because i dont want to be right clicking all the time and clicking save as... i just want it to prompt me to save??

i use firefox too, but I'm talking about IE which is the one im having the problem with

go get firefox or google chrome, chrome is really fast, faster than firefox in my opinion
