Haha no this is not a OMG I HATE MYSELFZ FOR BEIN FATZ question

I'm 14 and I must have a high metabolism or something because I eat shitloads and hardly ever exercise but I remain pretty much the same size which is pretty skinny.
Sometimes I even get told I'm too skinny but that's not the point lol.

Is it possible for all my laziness to catch up on me one day?
I've had this girl who is a complete health freak tell me it will but I don't know..
And does your metabolism always stay high or can it drop over time.

Yeah I do eat pretty healthy I guess..
I'm asian so my mum and dad have a pretty healthy diet but I just seem to eat LOTS.
And I do eat junk food occasionally.
