Toyota dealers in US are independently owned, so it's up to each dealer to decide if they want to offer such service.

My guess is, with current economy outlook, they will. Just call your closest dealer first, and ask if they offer a full check up on a car you want to buy. Make sure you ask how much it costs and how long it takes.

And while you're there, I'm sure they'd love to show you a Prius or two...
