Why do i get Errors on page when i am on the internet?

I keep getting Error On Page when i am trying to do a Logitech survey. At the bottom is says Done But With Errors On Page. I have restarted my pc twice. I used to have the same problems with Yahoo! toolbar and Avatars but a restart usually did the trick.

Is it my pc or is it the site? Can it be fixed and if so then how?

If its not happening on any other websites then its the page. If it is then its probably due to a slow internet connection. But chances are its just errors that are on that one page.
