How can I complain a NationalExpress coach driver?

I wasn't their passenger, I was a road user who almost crash with their coach as the stupid coach driver kept changing the lane regardless of other road users. I checked their website but no such contact details for non-customers.

Go onto the National Express website and on their home page there is a section to contact them. if you look into that there is a complaints form for you www.nationalexpress.co.uk
and an adress in birmingham for letters

A letter is always WAY more effective than an e-mail - address it to the Director of Operations or the Managing Director and point out that not only was the driver involved driving irresponsibly, but that such driving does not reflect well on their company
