It's an Opera powered browser that can browse the web on the wired or wireless connection that you have setup to your Wii. It also has Flash Player so you can watch YouTube vids.

it lets you surf the internet like Internet Explorer.you can buy it on the shop channel for 5 bucks(500 points) and you can get the points cards at target or walmart,most places like that that have wii accessories and stuff.You type the code in on the shop channel and the code is on the back of the piece of paper that you buy with the code
