my bf wants to start planing for the future?

my current bf keeps bothering me about what i want to name my kids and if i want to adopt and how we should work things out, i've only been going out with him for a week now, but he's apparently had feelings for me for awhile, we're both only in high school, and i now for sure i am definitely not ready to settle down at this young an age. he's really clingy and i'm afraid that if i don't break up with him now rather then later when i'll want to he'll be seriously hurt. i already talked to him about how things might not work out and he got really sad, he's way too emotional, please help.
