My daughter was involved in a accident with a fed ex truck. The fed ex...

...driver was clearly at fault.? Fed Ex's insurance refuses any claim.they will not answer my phone calls or give any info on the driver other than his name.how can we take this to small claims court? Who do we take to court?Fed Ex is such a large corp, but I cannot find anyone from Fed Ex to talk to about the accident for answers.

Hopefully there is a police report, even if not, your insurance carrier should be handling this for you. They are your representative just as an attorney would be, it is their job to communicate with FedEx and their carrier and reach an agreement.

Talk to your insurance company, that is what you pay them for.

There are many missing pieces of this puzzle. Where's the police report? Where's your insurance company? Was anyone ticketed? Get a lawyer if you don't like what's happened. You will not get any answers from them.

Try getting a copy of the police report. It will have all the information on the other driver that you need. As well as the determination of who was at fault.
    Good luck to ya.
