internet.? When playing games and stuff on the internet I keep getting a message saying that my virtual memory is low. How do I fix this to make my computer perform it's best on the internet. Here are some of the specifics...

Do I pick custom size and if so what do I put in there? Also it asks if I want my computer to use the memory for programs or for the system cache. I know nothing about any of this. All I do know is that my computer is slow when I try to do stuff on the internet and I rarely use any programs on my computer other than my anti-virus and a registry fix program. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
