Verizon ESN/MEID problem with new phone?

I just signed up with Verizon. I purchased a used phone from a girl and when I called in I was told by a service representative that the phone is labled "lost/stolen", so I cannot activate it. I contacted the girl that sold me the phone and she said that she had lost it and had reported it. After buying a new phone she found the old phone. So she sold her old phone to me. She won't call Verizon to have the phone unlocked from the lost/stolen list. Is there a way to clear the ESN/MEID status so I can use the phone?

Anyone reading this work for Verizon and willing to help me get this phone off the "black list" so I can use this phone?

    Help

I have recently bought a phone off ebay but the MEID HEX is blacklisted.
So I can not activate it with verizon. Is there any way I can do something to let me activate it?
