If i buy a used ipod touch off ebay without any accessories or software, can i

use it? I want to buy a used Ipod touch off ebay or craigslist. The only problem is, alot of them dont come with the software or usb and other accessories that came with it. (so im just getting the ipod itself without any accessories) I have an ipod nano already. Can I use the usb and software that came with my nano to be used for the ipod touch?
