My doctor told me that I need to lose at least 30 pounds in order to get pregnant. I want a baby bad but I dont want to look like a fat pig after I have the baby. What would be a great short everyday workout video or some excersice thing that i can buy like at walmart or something that would help me lose weight. I have been doing a really good job on my dieting but I seem to just be gaining weight.
