NOKIA n95 UK operator list simlock and operator lock?

Hi all, i am from italy, and for me it is not easy understand which operator do what on n95 in uk.
I find that the operator in UK are:
orange, o2, t mobile, 3 , vodafone.
From my knowledge 3 is simlocked (which means only one sim number can fit onto it) orange is operator locked (which means works with any orange sim but not with other operators) voda is at least operator locked.
And what about tmob and o2????
I heard rumors that o2 is only branded (means changed menus) but works with any operator (so no simlock neither operator lock) is it true (always)??? And what about tmob???

No, your phone is locked to whichever mobile phone company you are with. You can pay to get them unlocked though - costs about £10 from any dodgy looking mobile phone outlet.
