Most of the mobile phone companies offer this service, it used to be linked to a monthly phone contract, but the have recently launched broadband only deals.

You get broadband which works through the mobile phone network, and plugs into the USB slot on your Laptop

O2 are offering 30 days connection for £15 with a limit of 3gb (not a lot)+ a one off payment of £29.35 for the modem.

Vodaphone is even better 3 gb and a free modem stick for £15 on a 12 month contract.

This is a new service and the prices will probably come down in the next few months so don't get tied into a long contract.

Have a look at the other providers they may do better deals

Most of the big names in mobile phones do USB modems.

Ask at the Carphone Warehouse, or Phones4U - as they're independent of any network - and will give unbiased advice.
