Two questions:
1. Do I need to have my company incorporated?
2. Will I have to submit documents to Apple? If so, which documents?

What do I need to register for the iPhone Developer Program as a company?

Its just a simple form to fill... go to developer.apple.com and register from there and buy an iphone dev license.
