How can I update the madden 09 rosters on ps3 w/o an internet connection?

I dont have internet on my ps3 (yet)

so can I download on the computer and burn it to a disk then put the disk in? (if so, where do i download)

I dont have a flash drive and my ps3 doesnt have media slots =[

if you have a blank disc you might be able to download it the same way you can do it with microsoft xbox but other than that that's it good luck
